1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using certifiedhighlevelexperts.com (the "Site") and the services offered by CertifiedHighLevelExperts ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Services

We provide done-for-you CRM build services including website design, sales funnels, pipeline setup, automation, AI chatbot and voice agent setup, integrations, migration, and white-label SaaS configuration. The specific scope, deliverables, delivery timeline, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Engagement and payment

• All projects begin with a free discovery call to confirm scope and a fixed price.
• A project is considered engaged once scope and price are agreed in writing and any required deposit or invoice is paid.
• Payment terms, milestones, and accepted methods are specified in your project agreement or invoice.
• Unless otherwise stated, work does not begin until the agreed payment has been received.

4. Delivery timelines

We publish estimated delivery timelines (for example, live by Day 6 for standard builds). These timelines assume timely provision of required access, content, and feedback from you. Delays caused by missing inputs may extend the delivery window. We will communicate any such delays promptly.

5. Revisions and support

The number of revision rounds included with your project is specified in your agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately. Every project includes a recorded Loom walkthrough and 15 days of free post-launch support, after which support is available on a separate basis.

6. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, content, and timely access to required accounts.
• Respond to review and approval requests within a reasonable timeframe.
• Ensure you have the legal right to share any data, content, or credentials you provide.
• Maintain your own platform subscription and comply with its terms of service.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final build delivered within your platform account, including pages, funnels, pipelines, and automations configured for you. We retain ownership of our underlying methods, templates, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property. Your branding remains yours; our backend remains ours.

8. Confidentiality and NDAs

We treat all client information as confidential. Non-disclosure agreements are available on request and may be signed before any sensitive information is shared.

9. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law,CertifiedHighLevelExperts is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that specific project.

10. No guarantee of results

While we build systems designed to improve lead response, conversion, and efficiency, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue figures, or marketing results, as these depend on factors outside our control including your market, offer, and execution.

11. Third-party services

Our builds are delivered on third-party platforms whose terms, pricing, and features are controlled by their respective providers. We are not responsible for changes made by platform providers that affect your build, and you are responsible for maintaining your own platform subscriptions.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach, subject to written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date are non-refundable unless the termination results from our breach. We may suspend or terminate access to the Site for violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
